We went to take a look at their system which had a few faults on the panel, they needed repairing and clearing before it would fully work again, this included replacing old Door Contacts and Infrared Detectors. We recommended to keep the system up to the standard that they previously had, that they have an annual service and check for alarm repairs on the Burglar Alarm, to detect these problems before they happen again, reducing the number of faults and repairs required.

Once the recommendations were given, we provided a no-obligation quote to the customer. We wanted to put the customer’s alarm back in working order, so they could have their system monitored again and maintain police response.
