Alconex Infrastructure and Solutions came to TI Security after they moved into their building in Garforth and wanted to use a well-known local company that could look after all the different types of security systems in their building.

Alconex wanted a solution to their security, they were unsure if it was up to date and complied with their insurance, they wanted a security company that could take a look at their small business burglar alarm, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Emergency Lighting testing but discuss upgrading and servicing. We sent an engineer to perform services on all of their equipment to ensure all complied.
Servicing Fire Alarm Garforth
When servicing the small business Fire Alarm Garforth, the engineer started by seeing if it compared to their Fire Risk Assessment and how many services their system required per year. The engineer then began checking and testing all of the Fire Alarm including any smoke and heat detectors, manual call points and that the sounder was loud enough for everyone to be alerted. After checking with the monitoring station that they were receiving the test signals, the engineer showed the customers how to put the system on and off test so they felt happy knowing the Fire Alarm Garforth was in full working order.
