Gate Repair Birstall
We were called out to the Truck and Bus specialists as they wanted their existing electric Gate repairing at their Birstall site. Upon our engineer inspection, we noticed that the mechanics were starting to fail. The carriage system needed replacing, but we recommended a replacement of the Gate, as it was showing signs of wear on the other mechanics. The customer wanted to keep to their budget and fix the existing Sliding Gate to secure their site; so, on their confirmation, we replaced the carriage and left the Electric Gate in working order. At a later date, we were called back out for the other mechanics that had eventually worn, again, the customer wanted a repair, but we believed it was more cost-effective to have a new Sliding Gate than keep the existing running.
Gate Repair Birstall Replacement
Due to the growth of their customers, their demand increased, meaning the use of the Gate increased, causing it to fail. They came to us with a budget for a new gate and within that budget, we recommended installing a heavy-duty 2.4m high Automatic Cantilever business Sliding security Gate, they accepted and so we went to install the new Sliding Gate. We disconnected and removed their existing Automatic Gate and motor that we had previously done repairs to; we installed a heavy-duty Automatic Sliding Gate which included 358 Prison Mesh infill and Anti-Climb spikes ensuring it complied to BS EN 12453 and kept their site secure, adding safety edges and photocells for protection of anything that passes through the Gate.
