cda wanted a company they could trust and so contacted TI Security to see if we could also service their business Fire Alarm system at the same time as their Intruder Alarm. They wanted to get the most from both of their systems so we suggested connecting the Fire Alarm to the Intruder Alarm so both systems were monitored via an NSI approved monitoring station. The Fire Alarm detects and warns all of their employees and visitors in the event of a fire, ensuring there is enough time to evacuate everyone, whilst the monitoring station receives the signals to call the emergency services.

Additionally, there is the need to protect against losses which can result from the disruption a fire may cause. Upon taking over and Fire Alarm servicing, our engineer carried out a check against the Fire Risk Assessment, which is something we do periodically to ensure recommendations are current and correct. The engineer then showed cda how they can test the system to check it is working at its best.
