Door Entry also known as Access Control, provides a restriction to an area to help enhance security. The purpose of Door Entry is to identify an individual before giving access into a building. A Door Access system locks out anyone who does not have access to a certain area, such as: a front door or a sensitive area within a building.
Why Door Entry was required
Cutting Room Creative felt they were at risk to anyone entering the shop unnoticed whilst they were with a client. The salon is a busy site offering high quality services, which also means holding quality, high value stock and high-tech equipment. Small items can easily be sold on so they were worried they could become a target for theft.
Door Entry Installation
It can become a nuisance going back and forth to the door to collect any deliveries or let any other customers in when entertaining clients before their hair appointments. They required a solution that would keep the site secure whilst also been able to monitor visitors. We provided Cutting Room Creative with a Video Intercom system that allowed the receptionist to view and speak to the visitor and then decide whether to allow them to enter the building.
Chapel Allerton is in the North East of Leeds, 2 miles from the City Centre with plenty of choices of where to eat, drink and shop. Chapel Allerton was known for its small farms but by the end of the 17th Century, it had become a home for wealthy people. Now historic buildings are at the heart of the village, The Nag’s Head has stood the test of time and has maintained its special feature of a window that was used to serve customers on horseback. The village has the largest gardening plots in Leeds (Gledhow Valley), where they boast of the rich soil.
